Get Fitted:
We’ll send each participant a Hat Measuring Kit.
Use the measuring kit to ensure the perfect fit, and return the sizing details to us.
Finalise Your Order:
Choose your hat colour each.
Once the hat sizes and colours are confirmed, we’ll invoice you for the full group payment.
When the invoice is paid in full, your hats will be ordered and prepared for the workshop session.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We have a group of people who are wanting a different range of packages? Can we mix and match them?
We can certainly look at combining packages to get the right fit for your group. Make sure to mention this in your booking form and Millie will be in touch to discuss your options.
Do you travel to different locations?
Yes! Millie is able to bring her group custom hat experience to you. There will be an additional cost to this. Please put this in your booking form to discuss.
What if I have to cancel? Will I get a refund?
If you have to cancel you session after payment has been made, you will only be offered a 50% refund. This is to cover the cost of the custom materials I have had to order in for you.
How long will the session take?
For 1:1 and honeymoon sessions, we allow 2 hours to work on your hat together.
For Standard and Signature Group Sessions, we budget on half an hour per person. Luxury Group Sessions are 30-60 minutes per person.
For private events, we have flexible timing options depending on group size and plan.
