THE ORDER PROCESS
Here’s how it works: first, pick your hat and place your deposit—that’s the easy part. Next, I’ll send over a measuring kit, because, let’s be real, one size never fits all. Once you send your measurements back, I’ll order your perfect size, colour, and style—stocking every option would cost more than my first truck. Then, I hand-shape each hat as if it’s a masterpiece, not some one-size-fits-nobody factory piece. The only catch? I only open 20 spots per month. HOW DO WE CUSTOMISE IT?
The possibilities for personalising your hat are limitless—choose from a wide range of fabrics, hand-braided leather laces, lace trims, ribbons, or even a touch of sparkle. Have a special fabric or a treasured family broach you’d like to include? We’ll incorporate it seamlessly. Plus, we can steam your hat into countless different shapes and even trim the brim if you prefer a shorter look. The entire process is fun, creative, and designed to tell your story in style.
